We are located on the 4th floor of McKay-Dee Hospital Center. Take the elevators from the main hospital lobby to the 4th floor, turn left as you exit the elevators, and our office is halfway down the hallway (Suite 4650).
FROM SALT LAKE CITY: Take I-15 N and merge onto US-89 N via EXIT 326 toward I-84E (So. Ogden/Lagoon Dr./Farmington). Go 12.6 miles and turn Right on Harrison Blvd. (UT-203). Travel 2.1 miles and turn Left on E. 4400 S. (just opposite from the entrance to the Dee Events Center).
FROM NORTHERN UTAH: Take I-15 S. / I-84 E. towards Salt Lake City. Merge onto 31st St. / UT-79 E. via exit 344A. Travel 1.5 miles and turn Right on Washington Blvd. / US-89. Travel 0.7 miles and turn Left on 36th St. Travel 1.1 miles and turn Right on Harrison Blvd. (UT-203). Travel 1 mile and turn Right on E. 4400 S.
